Pad Printing

These buttons are mass produced at typical automotive industry volumes and specifications with color matched ink.

Complex pad printing requirements are fulfilled with ESS TEC, INC’s state-of-the-art equipment, which can pad print up to five colors at one time and print graphics as large as 18 inches long.  We can meet the high standards of the automotive industry, as well as fulfilling federal government regulations. 

ESS TEC, INC. can satisfy virtually any of our customers’ pad printing requirements as seen in the pictures.

Printing 410 intricate lines with small numbers in two colors is required to print this 1 3/4 inch diameter compass dial.
