Auxiliary Operations

ESS TEC, INC. has the capability to assemble the parts we mold with other components to provide our customers with a completed assembled product.  We also machine parts to customers’ specifications to hold tolerances that are not attainable with conventional injection molding processes.  When manual assembly techniques are either not cost effective or hazardous to our employees we design and build the necessary equipment for us to assemble and/or machine the parts.
